This show is only for invited dogs, who got an group 1,2 or 3 placement at the Dutch shows in 2009.
There was an entry in total of 168 all breed dogs, only 3 amstafs were invited, " Vega " and " Stitch " was 2 of them!!!
The terriergroup was judged by Mr. Wellens from the Netherlands.
" Stitch " was selected by the last 6e terriers, there we only dogs 2 placed in every group.
Dandie Dinmont won the group and the schottisch terrier became 2nd.

He did compete at 8 shows so far, because there were 2 dogs pulled back on Sunday, he couldn't finish in this weekend anymore.

Carmichael's did do it again at the

Like every year, we visit the Speciality in the USA and show some of our dogs.
Last year we won Best of Winners with Chippendale out the bred by exhibitor class, this year "Stitch" did compete in Best of Breed competition, and he didn't do bad! "Stitch" was the only uncropped dog in this class and he did make it to the last cut at the Regionals and Nationals, he was selected by the last 11 dogs/bitches out the 153 entries and was pretty close to get an AOM.
We did also show *Carmichael's I Got Class I Got Style* for owner Dick Pascoe from White Rock kennel in the 12-18 months class.
His accomplishments were:
∫ Regional Sweepstakes - Best Opposite Sex under breederjudge Mrs. Frances Conner.
∫ Regional Speciality - Winners Dog and Best of Winners under judge Mr. Fred Ferris.
∫ National Sweepstakes - Best of Breed under breederjudge Mrs. Sarah Nugent.

"Sparki" finished with his 3e major his American Championship and was moved up to Best of Breed competition for the Nationals.
With his 15 months of age, he was the youngest dog in this class, but he did make it to the last cut and won an Award of Merit!!!
We are so proud of this result and more than happy to finish the AKC title of 2 bred by dogs in one week!
